Jumbo Shrimp, 2 Pounds
Maika`i Papaya Seed Dressing, 1 Cup
Bell Pepper, 1 Pepper
Pineapple Chunks, 1 Cup
Red Onion, 1 Onion

  • pounds jumbo shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup Maika`i Papaya Seed Dressing
  • 1 bell pepper, cut into large chunks
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1 small red onion, cut into large chunks

 

Directions

  1. In a shallow pan with water, place wooden skewers and allow to soak. This will prevent the skewers from catchingg on fire while grilling.
  2. To a large bowl, add shrimp and Maika`i Papaya Seed Dressing and toss to combine. Cover the bowl and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes or overnight.
  3. Preheat your grill.
  4. Remove shrimp from the marinade and place it on the skewer along with the vegetables.
  5. Grill for 2-3 minutes on each side or until the shrimp is fully cooked.
  6. Remove and serve.
